住宅室內設計與預售屋客變案，設計的核心在於重新思考空間的使用取捨，讓有限的室內面積更貼近居住者的實際需求
This residential interior and pre-construction modification project reconsidered how limited floor area could be allocated more closely to the residents’ actual patterns of use.
原有客房被捨棄並轉化為複合式彈性空間，使其不再受單一機能限制，同時重新整合收納需求，讓日常使用能隨不同情境調整。此案負責設計規劃，從客變階段重新安排住宅的空間關係
The conventional guest room was replaced by a flexible multipurpose space, allowing the home to accommodate changing activities rather than reserving an entire room for a single function. Storage was integrated into the revised layout, with the spatial relationships reworked from the early modification stage. The scope of work focused on design planning.
